It is also recognized by its lance shaped leaves of striped green and creamy white. It's a slow growing plant and can take up 10 years to reach maximum height of about 5

It is also recognized by its lance-shaped leaves of striped green and creamy white. 

It's a slow-growing plant and can take up 10 years to reach maximum height of about 5 feet and 24 inches in width. Favorable to tropical temperatures.
